Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product development, engineering, to understand project requirements.
- Creating and optimizing graphics for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating and iterating designs as necessary.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of design elements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
