Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented mid-level copywriter/UX writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting compelling copy that resonates with users while maintaining consistency with the brand voice. This role is essential in providing clear and persuasive content that enhances user engagement and drives conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with brand guidelines, user needs, and SEO best practices. 
  • Plan and write user-centric microcopy for buttons, error messages, notifications, and other UI components. 
  • Create product descriptions, CTAs, and instructional content that guide users through the purchase journey. 
  • Optimize content for search engines, ensuring relevant keywords and strategic metadata. 
  • Conduct A/B testing of different copy versions to identify high-performing messages and refine them for better engagement. 
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 
  • Regularly audit existing content to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain brand consistency. 
  • Participate in brainstorming and review sessions, offering and receiving constructive feedback.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter or UX writer, preferably in an e-commerce setting. 
  • Proven ability to develop user-centric copy that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. 
  • Experience optimizing content for SEO, including keyword research and metadata. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis to refine copy for better engagement. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working in cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
